1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Import Export Finder, operated by Import Export Finder Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4HE, United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Import Export Finder provides a platform for buyers and suppliers to discover each other, manage sourcing requests, and compare quotes. We do not act as a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent supplier or buyer information
- Use the platform to spam or harass other users
- Scrape, copy or reproduce platform data without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another company or individual
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Supplier profiles
If you create a supplier profile, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must have the authority to represent the company you list.
We may remove or modify supplier profiles that contain inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate information.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Intellectual property
The Import Export Finder platform, including its design, code and content, is owned by Import Export Finder Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to display and use it to operate the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is". We do not verify the accuracy of supplier information in our directory beyond what is stated. We make no warranties regarding the suitability of any supplier listed on the platform.
We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes or losses arising from contact between buyers and suppliers facilitated through our platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Import Export Finder Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
