Answers to common questions about Import Export Finder.

Is Import Export Finder free to use?
Yes. You can sign up for free and access supplier search, supplier profiles and up to 3 quote requests. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.
How do I find suppliers?
Go to the Suppliers section after logging in. You can search by name, filter by category, country, MOQ and certifications. Click any supplier to view their full profile.
What is a Quote Request?
A Quote Request lets you specify what you need — product, quantity, specs, destination and budget. You can keep it private (manage it yourself) or make it public so suppliers can find and respond to it directly.
How does the quote comparison work?
Once you have a Quote Request, you can add quotes manually from suppliers you contact, or receive responses from suppliers via the marketplace. All quotes are displayed in a side-by-side comparison table scored by price and value.
Can I be both a buyer and a supplier?
Yes. One account covers both. You can search for suppliers as a buyer and create a supplier profile to be found by buyers — all from the same login.
How do I create a supplier profile?
Go to Settings or click "Create Profile" in the Selling section of your dashboard. Fill in your company details, categories, MOQ and contact email. Your profile will appear in the directory immediately.
How do suppliers receive buyer enquiries?
Buyers can send enquiries directly from your supplier profile page. You will receive a notification email and can view all enquiries in the Enquiries section of your dashboard.
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace shows public Quote Requests posted by buyers. If you are a supplier, you can browse open requests matching your categories and submit quotes directly.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Pricing in your dashboard and click Upgrade to Pro. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click Manage Subscription. You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase with row-level security, encrypted connections, and secure password hashing. We never store card details — payments are handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at info@importexportfinder.com and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
